As posted in the other thread, the new look will resemble and perform something like this site: MLG | Major League Gaming

Now, it's time to decide on a logo idea. I'm not the best graphix person in the world but a lot of you are as well as good with ideas.

One idea I had was a mouse. LOL! A computer mouse. Kinda like the site above and the MLB logo. The silohuette of a mouse and the cable, kinda like this logo:


I was thinking, maybe a circle with the silhouette inside. I figure since we are a computer tech site...a mouse is the key to what we do But I am open...I want you all to be involved with this where you feel comfortable. So designers, if you have ideas please push 'em out.

Hmmm, any specific size you're looking for? I'd love to come up with a prototype or two.

I like it, I think Mag would do a sick logo. Also AR, Black, Kam, and Punq can probably come up with something sweet.

So where is the logo going to be? That MLB site has a huge advertisement banner on top in the middle of the front page. Are you also going to have an advertisement banner that large up top?

if mag sharpened the text up a bit it would look ace, honestly.

I say we have the PS guys/and girl come up with a few drafts and then we see what comes out of it.

I agree with punq. We should get an assortment of them and see where it goes.

The one I did was just an example of the mouse and color scheme...nothing too extensive.

Well i suck at PS....still. so i will just comment on others hard work, LOL
I like MAG's design but for me the colors are just way too bland. The blue is really washed out and the tan is a little light. The whole mirror effect is really sweet though.
