Right now, I see no point upgrading. To early to try it, I will wait about 1 more month, to see other users reviews on it.

Here is one summary/review of some of the new features:

http://www.photoshopuser.com/cs3/sk_features.html

I have PS CS3 and I agree with the article regarding the new look to the toolbar and window arrangements. A lot more organized. I love the improved docking and minimizing of the toolbars, palletes and windows. Very pleasing to the eye, user friendly. I'm very big on organization having an impact on workflow and creative expression.

Although I haven't played around with CS3 in that much depth, I can tell you off the bat that I am looking forward to checking out the improvements and tweaks in cloning, smart filter, curves, printing and black & white conversion.

Good to hear from you too microtek. I'm happy with the upgrade to CS3, for what it's worth.

It's compact and sleek....which is a definite plus imo.
