I tried to fix a machine a few years ago that had ME on it.....and it's OS's like that and the 95-98's that have kept me away from windows for so long. I just started using windows again about 3-5 years ago,and before that it's been nothing but linux.
Well that's not entirely true...I did have a machine a long time ago that had windows 3.1 on it. So now you know where I get the fascination with the command line. Then way before the win 3.1 I had apple basic on my apple ][ plus....so yet some more command. Either way....I don't see any reason to run another OS over your main OS for any other reason than to see if it can be done.

I suppose it could be useful if you had a high end Mac that you recently bought, but you have a load of Windows games that you want to play on it. Also Apple has announced their releasing a program to install Windows onto your Mac as a dual boot.

Meh, its BEEN possible but at a high price. Virtual PC, a program you can run on Mac to "emulate" a Windows XP Pro, XP, 2000 and more. But it costs like $300 for the CD then another $600 for the actuall Windows software.
