alright, heres my other stupid question, (im not as stupid as i sound, but that decision is up to you,) is a Processor and memory required for you to be able just to boot into the bios, because on my new computer, im building right now, i don't have a processor, memory, or the DVD drive in it right now, and when i turn it on, everything seems to be working fine, but the screen still stays on stand-by, and it doesn't post, (expected), and no beep code happens, can i get some help please

It depends, some motherboard will allow a bare boot (no CPU, ram, etc). Most dont. CPU is required to boot, so it can process the boot CMOS. Ram is not required, but it will have a long beep tone.
