For me: trial and error, browsing the web when I had questions, then came Google, and of course a few years ago, XS was given birth. Now, I mostly learn via Google sources, the staff here, and trial and error...I never mind messing up cause that hopefully will eliminate that same mistake if I'm paying attention

thanks for great feedbacks, I learn mostly by looking around also, i have modded xbox, and know basic stuff about computers. I really wanna learn the advance stuff about computers in college (which i am in right now) and anything related to technology in general like cellphones and modding game system. But i have not yet build my first pc yet cause of college. I guess i would be sticking with laptop for awhile. But i will build my own computer when i have the chance.
If anyone has any suggestions what class i should take or what major i should focus on, let me know. Thanks! |

you're welcome.
XS101 is probably one of the best classes to take and it's FREE. Just go anywhere that has an internet connection and log onto http:XTREME-SOURCE - Powered by vBulletin Seriously, if you want to learn more about computers, a computer science major would best suit you. I'm not sure about your college courses offered, but tell your guidance counselors and I'm sure they'll get you setup. Anything involving core classes, network infrastructure, security, etc...all good points of focus. That and your occasional XS101, you can't go wrong. Think I'm joking, look at the common denominator of everyone's response so far to this thread ![]()
