wut program can i use to cut parts of a song?

You can do it with Windows Movie Maker, or audio editing software. I use Total Video Converter if I want to cut off part of a song, like an annoying section where people are talking at the beginning or end of a song. If you are wanting to cut a section to use for a soundbyte or cut out a section in the middle of a song and rejoin the other parts, Windows Movie Maker will work.
