Wow - for the TY discs alone I wish I lived in the US

But I can beat the price of the 8GB flash drives... I just ordered some today for £16.99 (around $33) - but probably not as good specs as the ones you linked to though, LOL

But i only use them for transferring stuff to my bro's PS3 etc and occassionally in the car for MP3 player.

That's a nice price on a flash drive. I almost got one locally the other day, Staple's had 4GB ones for $27 and 8GB flash drives for $80. I already have a 2GB flash drive, which is plenty for my purposes.

I went ahead and ordered a 20 spindle of the Verb's, I have seven left, which will be down to 3 after backing up Lost Odyssey. If I had the money, I definitely would have gotten the Taiyo Yuden's, I almost never see the premium line that cheap. Knowledgeable people I know say there really isn't any difference in the quality of the premium and value line for TY's.

I don't use so many blank DVDs nowadays... as you know I used to use loads per week with all my backing up of DVDs etc. Now I mostly just keep them on the HDDs I have more for ease of access than anything, because I hate having to look through 300 discs just to find one thing
I will also be investing in some more HDDs soon with the prices falling, I need a 250GB 2.5" for my PS3 and will also get 2 or 3x 750GB HDDs for my PC or might just build myself a server and put them in there

Newegg has some good deals on 2.5 320GB HDD for the PS3. I got myself 2 for my PS3s, and they work like a charm, no point in getting a 7200rpm HDD, when there is no difference in the game load time or anything.

Yep, totally agree with you there Kam... I am only gonna get a 5400RPM HDD for the PS3 anyway as the 7200RPM HDDs are quite expensive over here anyway, whereas I can get a 250GB 5400RPM for around $120

.. and the 750GB desktop HDDs are only around $200 each.

I honestly wouldn't know how to handle 1 TB, I think 750 GB would be enough for me.
