Ok i have the program p90x and all the dvds are in iso format
if i wanted to put them on real dvds so they can play on a regular dvd player what would i have to do and how would i have to burn them?

Do you have a suitable program that will burn ISO's to cd/dvd?
Then again if you can get a program to extract the files from the ISO and then use Nero or a similar burning program to burn a Data disc or DVD disc.

what program would do that?

Simply put...

Use a program like nero, select "image, burn, copy" or the equivalent. select the ISO files one by one and burn them to disc.

Or use imgburn program, select the ISO as the source file, insert a DVD and burn.

.... in either case I would burn at max 12x on a 16x disc to avoid any issues with playback in a DVD player. If 12x gives you issues with playback select a lower speed of burning.

if i use nero how would it make the iso fiile to be read on dvd because i use deamon tools when i watch it on my computer
