Hello is there an Nintendo DS emulator, and does it play regular games?

Nope no working NDS emulators at this time. I would say atleast another year before something halfway decent is available.

There are some NDS emu, but they dont exactly work 100%. Some has issues with some games, and others dont even load a game at all. Touch screen dont work for most I tried. Best I tried is DeSmuME.
