It seems that one European shop has listed a price for the Wii - 149.99 Pounds. Now, if this proved to be the actual price in the UK, this might just be one of the cheapest gaming consoles at launch! This translates/converts into about 270$, or probably roughly 300 to keep it even. This is no shocker as the UK always gets things a little more expensive then the rest of the gaming market. The site also has a release date of October 15th (13 days after the speculated US release) and is subjected to change as the "*" indicates. So, is the Wii going to be this cheap (for Europe), is the launch date October 2nd (US) or the 15th (EU)? All of these questions will hopefully be answered by the end of the month.

they are alot more the full 360 is £280 so the wii at £150 is good news for us all

Yes, I will be getting it if that is the price. going to be a while till I can get a ps3, I would say a couple years.

my gamecube only cost me £80 2 weeks after it was released.....i could'a sworn that was cheaper...

yea, after the failure of the gamecube i'll wait a little while before purchasing this. I will be a Nintendo fan for life. I was born and raised with nintendo. but the gamecube let me down.....seriously
