Woot iso editing is here !!!!

The Trucha Signer is the latest tool to hit the Wii hacking scene, enables kids at home to "modify the contents of a Wii ISO and then re-sign it with an electronic signature the Wii will accept." So, does this mean you'll be able to play pirated games without modding your console? No, not at all.

From what we understand, whenever someone alters the code of a Wii game, the resulting product will not match its signature, and the disc will be rejected. Using an undocumented bug, Trucha Signer will resign the code of an adapted ISO (disk image for storing data on a CD-ROM), allowing you to load the disc successfully onto a modded Wii. We're not sure yet what's possible with this new development, but we've already heard a wide range of fantasy scenarios -- downgrading firmware, copying VC games, switching regions, etc.

Already, GBAtemp forumer Mr.O has posted instructions for "enabling gore" in Manhunt 2 (chipped Wii required). Keep in mind that Nintendo can patch this exploit at any time with a firmware update.

you need to find the key.bin file on your own and hexedit took me about 30mins when i was looking in the right place :P

unsure how it stands but i can pm the edited file if allowed??

After that you open the iso exxtract the main.dol file. In the second partition
Drag file to wii video mode changer

select video mode you want.

Go back to trucha right click the file. replace

then right click the second partiton in the side bar hit resign

THEN BURN AND HOPE IT WORKS

Wow that's really neat stuff. What a nice tool for Wii owners. Games getting released in other regions early or not at all in your region will now be fully playable around the world. At least in Australia that practice is 100% legal along with modchips. Unfortunately lawmakers in the U.S. and UK have their head up their *** and are at the beck and call of the Big N, who pays off lobbyists to raid modders like they are rapists. I know when I think of the criminal hierarchy it goes rapists, murderers, drug dealers, modders. Makes perfect sense eh?
