ok so i started with a cell phone from a cinguar. They have this phone as what i'm currently using. I got a unlock cell phone on ebay. I wanna sell the old one. Now the cell phone i got on ebay is unlock t-mobile phone.

1.Should i call cingular and update my cell phone info?

2.If i sell my old phone on internet, and something happends to it, he like make prank call to fbi or something. since the IMEI is on my name will they contact me? or IMEI has nothing to do with making phone call or whatever.

Cingular uses GSM "Sim Card", pop it out of your old phone and pop it in the new phone simple as that. Might want to clear out any data on your old phone before selling it.

It doesn't matter. I switch phones all the time, they cant really do anything about it. Nor they dont really care, so no point in calling and telling them about your IMEI #.
