On my friends pc it said something like "ultra DMA mode 2", and when he burns games for me everything is fyn. Is it on your primary or secondary IDE channel? You could try uninstalling the driver for the IDE channel causing your problems, and then rebooting. Windows will automatically detect and reinstall the driver on reboot, should fix the problem. Go to Start-->Right click my computer-->select properties from the context menu. Under the hardware tab, click device manager. Under IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers, double click the IDE channel your burner is on. Click the driver tab and click uninstall. Then reboot your PC and see if DMA mode is selectable.

Xbox Backup Creator is for ripping and burning Xbox 360 games, or Xbox 1 games for use on a modded 360. If you are using it to rip and burn Xbox 1 backups on a modded Xbox 1, it won't work.
