you mean your northbridge/chipset? ..

just check any good performance pc store's website, you should be able to find a replacement...

Thank you Ionicle, I ended up buying a Zalman fanless cooler. The independent studies looked really good even with over clocking, and no fan!!!! works awesome so far.
