coz i have lost my mother board cd.

Are you positive that's the model number? Go to start-->run type msinfo32 and hit enter. Click on system summary and post what it says under system manufacturer and system model. Or you can download an app called Everest and post what it says for your motherboard/sound specs. Get Everest here:

If you can not find drivers from the manufacturer or on the Windows site then you can always use third part drivers like Realtek
