I got this program that converts txt codes to a cbc files to be used in codebreaker like 1 DAY FILES but , it seams this program has a upgrade.bin for codebreaker but it only seams to be upgrdable on NTSC consoles in spite of the console bieng chiped, i wasant hable to upgrade my codebreaker because it dosent recognises the upgrade.bin in the pen or the cbc files i made, it would be nice if any one could make a upgrade.bin for Pal PS2 or a modefided codebreaker ELF so we could use this program.
its very easy to work and much faster the using the pad or keyboard.

You may wonder why an official tool is even released at
all? Well, that kind of thinking gets more official tools locked
into the vault forever

But all kidding aside, this file is able to build CBC
files for use with Code Breaker PS2 V7.0 and V7.1 ONLY at this
time.

Now you are asking, why release a TOOL to work with such
and old version Code Breaker PS2? Well, the main reason is because
the Day1 files used for Code Breaker PS2 V8.0 are digitally signed.
And we all know the private key will never be released out into
the public. Due to copyrights owned by PDP, etc....

ALSO: Included in with this release is a BONUS for all
Code Breaker V8.0 to V9.3 users. upgrade.bin will allow these
Day1 Files to be used with Code Breaker PS2 V8.0 all the way
up to V9.3. Will a version come out for V10.0? In due time I
would suspect. I do not even have a retail V10 disc myself

upgrade.bin - INSTALLATION METHODS:
-----------------------------------------------------------------

1) Simplest is to simply put upgrade.bin onto your USB Flash
Device, in the root folder and boot up Code Breaker PS2.
2) You could also put upgrade.bin into your PCB folder using
other memory card manipulation programs.
3) You could use the CBS SaveFile included to install it to your
memory card for you.

soon as you open the application, it shows a sample game in the
window. (I will put it here just for references purposes.)

1) As you can see, it needs quotes (") around the gamename.
2) It also needs dollar ($) signs before the 16 digit codes.
3) And you can use // for comments as well!
4) For multi lined cheats, just keep putting the codes right
below each other with $ in front of them.
