if i unlocked the tray with the slide tool and then press reset button what happens?

yeah so i accidently forgot to lock the tray back in after swapping discs and i wanna know what happens? does the tray go back to locking it self but i still have to redo everything or what?

I don't think the game would even load if the disc tray is not pushed in all the way. It might load if it's pushed in all the way, but not locked. I'm not sure if the PS2 checks to see if the tray is locked before booting a game or not. If the tray is not pushed in all the way, then the disc won't be properly aligned to be read by the laser.

Anyway, just reswap the discs and make sure to use the slide card to seal the disc tray on the final slide.
