whys my burnt game keep skipping on cut scenes?

yeah so i finally got my copy of kh fm and i burnt it for a friend and he says it keeps skipping on cut scenes like it freezes always stops during a single movement and then it resumes then freezes again.. how can we get rid of this problem?

Try burning it again, or using better quality DVD media. This is one example of what can happen using low grade media. Aside from that, you could try burning another copy, or burning at 8x. Sometimes burning a game too slow can cause it to lag or skip.

more then likely the ps2 lens is dieing too, have him clean it with alcohol nd adjust his lens

All of the above could cause the problem so you have to narrow it down.
1. if you burn it at 4X on an 8X GOOD QUALITY DVD-R and it still skips i would then clean and adjust your laser.
2. If that fails to work it may also be your burner.
