i have followed everything in this link>>YouTube - how to make a ps2 exploit

put the disk in i made into my ps2 >loaded it with cd swap magic 3.6


now as i read more i need a ps1 disk to triger it

i put my origonal ps1 disk in and the exploit wont boot..the game only boots


what am i doing wrong


just want to see if this method works in case my swap magic dies

origonal ps1 game>origonal ps2 game>dvd backup

Exploits do work... but they are a waste of time imo. You still need a means to boot burned CD's. For the time it takes to compile and get an exploit working, you can buy another Swap Magic for $20 or so. That said, if you still want to compile a working exploit, check here:

It's probably a small error somewhere in compiling the exploit disc. Honestly, I mostly stay away from exploit questions, too technical and confusing. Your best bet is to go back over the guides I posted, google for some yourself, and make sure you didn't miss any steps.
