Exclamation PSX off USB HDD???

Hi everyone,
I read in the THIS thread, that
its possible to play PSX iso's off USBAdvance/Extreme???
(in post #02 by Lord Sesshomaru)
From what I know and have heard from elsewhere, its SIMPLY impossible!
So how is this possible? by simply installing iso via USBInsane?
thanks.

Nope not impossible at all. I haven't personally done it, but I know members of other forums certainly have. It is the only way play PSX isos off a HDD with a PS2. I believe PS3ness has done it in the past, so perhaps he can explain the exact procedure. Here is a thread which shows how to install and boot games with USB Advance. If you are using a burned copy of USB Advance/Xtreme you will need Swap Magic, a modchip, or an exploit for these guides to work.

There are compatibility issues and the speeds will blow on the fat PS2 because it's USB 1.1.
