Well, in my desperate to find a new and exciting game, I pre-ordered LBP. It just seems unique enough to hold my attention. This is the first time I paid full price for a game and let me tell you, it felt just as I thought it would....
$61 with tax.....it had better be worth it. Anyone else plan on checking this one out? After watching all of the videos on this game and reading reviews from beta testers, I think it just might be worth the hype.

At least games like this hold their value for a while. I bought Uncharted a few months ago for $40 and just sold it for $35. I also was able to sell Soul Calibur for $40. So I feel like I've had some long cheap rentals.

Nah, that game doesn't interest me at all....

I'm waiting on a few though:-

socom: confrontation - ships with the new PS3 headset for pre-order price of 30 pounds - the headset on it's own is gonna retail at 25 pounds, so essentially the game will be only 5 pounds

.... any other games I will rent first to see what they are like before buying. I mostly want games that are online co-op or multiplayer as it gives so many more hours of gameplay that's always different and fun - even when you get killed every 2 mins, LOL

Right now im in the beta of LBP and Resistance 2 and I must say, LBP is so fun. But takes awhile to get adjusted with how to play it. Resistance 2 beta hasn't started yet, so I have to wait for that

Good to know Kam. I think I will really enjoy it. It should hold me over for the rest of the year. That, Skate and Tomb Raider possibly (hooked on Skate right now actually).

I am also looking forward to that Shaun White Snowboarding game also. I need more sports games that I am actually interested in. The news on Skate 2 looks promising.
