What are the best firewalls and spyware/virus protection available?

Right now for my firewall im using windows, and EZ firewall from etrust.

For spyware/virus protection i use EZ pestpatrol and EZ anti virus. I also have spybot. Any recommendations as to whether I'm fine or if i should get some other program?

I'm pretty certain that this topic has been covered several times..

I personally use NOD32 as my anti-virus.. don't use a firewall as I have a hardware firewall on my router anyway.. and use counterspy for spyware app.. I also use registry washer, spybot search and destroy(only for searching, not resident), hijack this, worm remover tool and a few others from time to time....
