Lots of extraneous stuff running. These don't need to run at startup:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTTask .exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [iTunesHelper] "C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MsnMsgr] "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe" /background
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdateManager] "c:\Program Files\Common Files\Sonic\Update Manager\sgtray.exe"
O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Reader Speed Launch.lnk = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\reader_sl.exe

This is malware

F3 - REG:win.ini: load=C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtutr.exe

These are extraneous and can be removed by HJT in safe mode:

O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - C:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

Boot info safe mode (tap F8 at system start up), run HJT, and delete the entries I pointed out with HJT. I would seriously consider dumping Norton for AVG Free as well. A lot of the HP stuff probably doesn't need to run at boot, I disabled most of the stuff that came with my printer except the taskbar utility. However, that's up to you, be 100% sure whatever you disable is not a vital system operation. After deleting the questionable entries with HJT, I recommend running a full system can with your AV and anti-spyware apps.

Looks better, but there are two things that concern me. Did you uninstall Norton AV before installing AVG Free? Never run two AV's together, than can cause crucial system errors and result in the Blue Screen of Death. From the looks of it, there are either a lot of remnants of Norton on your computer, or you didn't uninstall it before installing AVG Free.

Secondly, this entry is curious:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: jlknjnze - jlknjnze.dll (file missing)

I'm not sure what it is, google didn't turn up anything. It may not be malware at all, I just don't recognize it. So you might want to be on the lookout for any strange system behavior at bootup like lag, windows messenger popups, etc.

Well you can either uninstall AVG Free, then try to uninstall Norton, perform a system restore (if you have it enabled) to a time before you installed AVG and see if you can uninstall Norton, or go through Symantec's uninstaller site and see if the steps outlined there will help you uninstall it properly. It's probably easier to try and uninstall Norton completely. The problem is, installing AVG Free may complicate the Norton uninstall process or render it completely ineffective.

I would probably:

1. Go through the steps outlined in Symantec's uninstaller site.

How do I completely uninstall Symantec AntiVirus?

Uninstalling your Norton or Symantec product

See if any of the steps outlined in the those guides will rid your system of Norton.

2. If none of those steps work, uninstall AVG Free and try to uninstall Norton again.

3. If that fails, perform a system restore to a time before you installed AVG Free. Then try running through the Norton uninstall steps again.

This concerns me... I notice two rundll32 entires under running processes.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\Rundll32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe

Go to your system32 folder, found on XP at My Computer-->C-->Windows-->system32

Browse down to rundll32.exe, mouse over it and see if it says Microsoft corporation. If you notice more than one rundll32 file, mouse over both and see if they both say Microsoft corporation. You can also right click them, go to properties and check the information under the version tab. It should say Microsoft under company and provide version information. If you notice that one of them is basically blank with little or no information under the version tab, there is a good chance it could be a trojan masquerading as a Windows system process. If they both say Microsoft, you should be alright. If you notice one is blank, run a full system scan with AVG Free, AVG Anti-Spyware, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, Spyware Doctor, CounterSpy, and Webroot SpySweeper.

Other than that, your system looks clean.

Yeah don't mess with it then. After doing some reading, it looks like Rundll32 can run associated with Nvidia startup items such as these:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvCplDaemon] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nwiz] nwiz.exe /installquiet /keeploaded /nodetect

Since you have a couple Nvidia startup items, and there are no other signs of malware and questionable entries in your logs, your logs look clean to me.
