It's the downloader for MWO closed beta client.

Have noticed I've been getting a bit laggy lately, programs opening a tad slow and such, so just wondering if you can see anything here, if not I'll do some scans.

Also, would it maybe help if I ran Regseeker and got rid of all the unused registry items?
