udp packet

ok nortons has found on my desktop that my sis uses that my laptop is on a buisness trip wit my dad.. kk anyways im here stuck with this comp.. so i look in the history and bam this show.. bum bum bum.... udp packet intrusion and also bam comes with a nice jiffy ip address of the port scanner hacker...noob.. well anyways is there a way i can trace or should i give such ip address to the authorities... help me im only 14...also should i use hijack this?.. thanks

You can trace IPs with a program call NeoTrace, it will pin point the IP to the local city of the IP/ISP. Once you done that, you can check the ISP website, and there is usually an abuse email where you can contact them about the issue (Intrusion). They can handle it from there. Or you can ignore it, use Spyware Doctor to clean it.

Spyware doctor is free, and not alot of people know it, just gotta download Google Pack.

ok ive already traced it on google search ok.. i irgured out its someone from the same isp holder... is my isp "knology" like hackin me or someone else using the same isp...
