ok guys ive found that someone has gotten into my sis desktop.. ok one udp packet from the same isp kinda freaky.. today ive found that bam soemone using my "sis" desktop to use its to att another computer which was thankfully clocked by nortons... sigh and ive having a hassle.. ok i kknow there is suppsoe to be some email but i see not one on on knology web... ok even though im 14 ima not want to go through elevator music.. should i sucken up and just call them or what??? plus im afraid the government is tracking me since i said bomb over the phone...slaps head hard stupid me...well really my question is call knology or go into a hassle looking in my moms bills and find a email and hopefully its not like dell when it takes them over 2-4 weeks to giv you answer you dont need

lol i understand but i wrote it. no i got it fixed just called isp provider and bam they said theyll take care of it. and no more intrusions so yea its fixed
