Is it possible to change the screen settings? If you've ever played ROMs on the PSP you know that a lot (if not all) only take up a small portion of the PSP screen. Is there any way to edit that?

Regarding the rom screen size - You should be able to change that in the emulator settings. Depends on which emulator you are using though
