So as I was saying in my post I am getting a PSP slim, never owned a PSP so this is all new to me. I am just wondering what kind of BS scam are these "unlimited download PSP movies and games" sites I see all over like PSPnerd? Are they for real or is this some kind of site that will have nothing but junk movies and garbage to watch? Just curious.

Also does anyone know anything about this new Firmware 3.60 from M-33 thats out and what will it do for me if I install it?:?:

Dont go to those unlimited download places, its all just scams

and about the 3.60 M33, It cant load 1.50 Homebrew, it can only run homebrew specifically made for 3.6 (but 1.5 kernal homebrew can easily be ported to 2.XX homebrew so its not much of a problem). I'm not sure if its able to load ISO's from the memory stick or not though

OK so what does that all mean? Rememeber I am a complete noob with the whole PSP thing. Does this mean I have to install this 3.60 firmware to be able to play games from the memory stick then? If I DL a PSP iso then what? I will look through the tutorials here but if you have anywhere out there that might have step by step explenations for us dumb asses that would be great.

Well since the slim already has 3.6, doesnt make much sense to install it lol. M33 3.60 on the other hand has all the features the fat psp m33's have....homebrew, theme swapping, iso loading from mem stick, lots of plugins, psx compatibility etc. I made a thread about the release...read the readme I posted.

I am pretty sure you dont know anybody who has a custom psp after reading your posts. Problem is, you cant do anything at all unless you create a pandora battery and mem stick.....this requires access to a homebrew enabled psp to create.

You need to do some reading it seems. In all honesty I would check out some stickies at maxconsole, that will teach you a lot. Feel free to ask any questions though, it will take time but you will get the hang of it.
