i cannot get my vista portal to work, i have put everything where it is supposed to be and followed all instructions but when i go to that address[file://psp/common/wvista/vista.swf] it sais that the page cannot be displayed. i have everything enabled in settings so the problem isnt there . my psp version is 3.71. what is the problem
