redhat / linux

I retrieved a computer out of the trash yesterday. The good news is the computer, the monitor, and key board are functional. The bad news is the damn thing is user/pass protected. The computer utilizes a linux systems software called "redhat". Any ideas on circumventing this unfortunate dead-end. Please reply, somebody.

You can load GParted, which is a formatting tool to reformat the PC and install windows.
