Smile Converting Divx/Xvid AVI to DVD

ok here is a tutorial on how to convert your Divx/Xvid AVI to DVD
the programs i am using are

WinAVI

Nero 7

Ok First open up WinAVI and click DVD

A Browser Window will Appear just find the AVI you want to convert and click open
(**note: if you have 2 or more video files you will have to put them all in the same folder**)

You will now be presented with this Screen

Click Advanced to Set your Video Options,These are how i have mine Set-up

Next Choose your Output Directory for your DVD Files i would suggest making a new
Folder on your desktop.

Now Click Ok and it will Start To Convert
(Usually takes about 1 Hour but depends on the length of the video your converting)

Ok now when it has finished Converting Open up Nero 7 And pick DVD Video

Now Find your Folder you chose to save the converted DVD Video Files in and open the Video_ts Folder
it should look like this...

Now Drag all them files into the Video_ts Folder in your Compilation on Nero it should look like this...

Now Just click Burn and you Are All Finished(**Note:Slower Burning Is Usually Better**).....

Nice guide. That's exactly how I convert avi to DVD and burn Video TS files myself. I guess great minds think alike.

Yeah Nero is great. Once you understand it, there's really no need for Express, I always just go to Recode or Burning ROM, whatever I need.

Sonic makes some nice apps for converting....take along time for it to do so though. Nice work I must say.

Yeah WinAvi is lightning fast. It converts about 4GB's of data in an hour and a half (on my POS Dell anyway). I always use it to convert vob files to avi for sigs.

check your control panel to make sure you have it checked off where it says Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code).

If you have it unchecked it wont show any images.
