You can pretty much do anything with brushes...like backgrounds with a grunge look.

I just put "No Brushing" because to me, that means it will probably be easier to follow.

BTW, sigs look good! Glad to see that you posted the results.

Again, Jamaal thanks for making an easy to follow tut?

Question, a lot of the renders I like have a white background that does not blend in at all with my background layers, and despite playing with the settings, you always see the border of the render because of the white. How can I blend renders like this in easily so the eye doesnt setect where the render ends?

If it's an all white background, open the render and press Ctrl+A and then Ctrl+C. Go to File>New (size should be the same and make sure that the background is transparent). Once the new document opens, press Ctrl+V and your render will appear. Then, select the magic wand tool and click on the white background area. After it is selected, press backspace and it should delete. Do this as many times as necessary, so that you see the entire transparent background. Then, save it as a .png file and you have your render.

Also, you have to be careful if your render has a lot of white in it because the magic wand tool might try to delete the render.

Not bad cavemen09, although you can blur the edges of the render to make it alot professional. I see we have a few more CS Source players :P . Keep it up, also be sure to check the border tutorial.
