How I add the font with out putting it in windows

If you don't want it to go in your systems Fonts folder, just navigate to the Presets (I think) folder inside C:\Program Files\Adobe\PS and put the font there.

It might not be the Presets...it could be plugins or something like that, but once you're in there, you'll be able to figure it out.
