CA Smudge/Filter Sig Tutorial

Hey Mag, What do you mean when you say "pull out a smudge brush"? Does that mean to use the smudge tool and then choose any brush to smudge with? Do you have any recommendations? What is the one you used? Just curious. Thanks!

Yeah, just use the smudge tool. As far as recommendations, I'd say use Alias' smudge set. It's the only one I use.

When i use the smudge tool i just use Dry media brushes but i change the scatter and other different things to get better effects...
