Disable Balloon Tips in Windows
Are you sick of the little balloon tips that pop up in Windows at various times or after a fresh install? This will diable those notifications. > Start > Run > regedit > Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\Advanced > Modify or Create "EnableBalloonTips" > Set the value to 0 > To reverse this change, set the value to 1
