If you're bored during the windows install,and have nothing better to do. Here's a handy little tip.
The trick is to bring up Command Prompt during the GUI part of Windows setup by pressing Shift+F10. Get to the folder containing the game by entering cd C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Pinball for example. Then type the EXE's name, such as pinball.exe. If it doesn't work, the files for the game might not be have been copied yet.

the command prompt isnt poping up during windows install. is there any other way of bringing it up during?

You have to do it after you install the network driver, so around 28mins of the installation left. Also I did it a few times, and even though the command is installed, there is also a change the pinball game isn't. lol
