I've used
PcLinuxOs Ubuntu Sabayon Linux Mint Mandriva I'd have to say Ubuntu is probably the best one I like because it's fairly easy for beginners to use. And to go a step further, Linux Mint is easy as well. The rest are good but I'm just grown more familar on the Ubuntu distro. Sabayon, while I found cool, was a little too intense for what I needed my system for and was very glitchy from the git-go. I stick with Ubuntu because the learning curve isn't that steep, and if you're ever in a jam there's a ton of documentation on how to do or fix something, and if that fails their IRC room is always packed with people willing to help out. |
