I could probably get it to 3.0 stable. However I had about a two week period with endless system crashes and maintainence issues. I reinstalled the HSF and reapplied Arctic Silver 5, ran memtest86 for 8-12 hours on 2 and 4 sticks of RAM, used checkdisk to check my HDD, switched out my GPU drivers a couple times, and reinstalled XP over 10 times before getting it stable. I took my PC apart and put it back together about 3 times. I switched out my AV as well. I think the issue all along was a suspect Video card driver. I would continually get VPU Recovers with Catalyst and the latest ATI drivers. I went ahead and installed the Omega Drivers along with ATI Tray Tools and not a single VPU recover or major system issue in the last two weeks.
OCing may have not had anything to do with it, but after being frustrated almost to the point of tears, I just decided to keep everything stock.
