i have ubunto and im looking for tweaks that will boost loading speed, boot speed and browsing speed

When you say browsing, are you referring to internet browsing using Firefox? If so, the same tweak used for FF in Windows will work fine: How to Speed up FireFox

Browsing Speeds? Are you referring to speeds related to just browsing various folders within your O/S, files, etc...?
