Do you mean you need to or are trying to send it via email?

Without spending money, you could compress the file using KGB Archiver. It may take a little time for you to compress it but compression rates for this app are pretty good.

I would recommend biting the bullet on the cash option, getting a rapidshare account, archiving the file with WinRar, then uploading the archived files to the web via rapidshare your account.

Only other thing I can think of would be talk to a friend that has a website and see if you could upload it there for whomever to download...or you could use a program like Cerberus FTP Server to turn your computer into a sever and allow the person to download it directly from your home.

KGB Archiver: KGB Archiver homepage
Maximum Compression (lossless data compression software)
Cerberus FTP Server: Cerberus FTP Server
WinRaR: WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files

Hope that helps you out...

Setting up a FTP server is kinda hard, cause most ISP now, do block port 21. So you will have to set a different port. As for speeds, it depends on your upload speed.

Yeh, Kam is right...but I'd have to say...the server app I linked you too is pretty easy to use. At one point I used it to let some of the guys here access some stuff on my home network. No, the speeds were not that great, but remember...FREE is is FREE.

FTP via a website or rapidshare account would be your best bet but those do cost money in some way or another.
