need lotta help from vista

the icons are waaay to big how can i resize this? i looked everywhere. also when click start and click all program how can i make it move to new category like windows xp rather than "programs" opening in same spot!

You can also use the scroll wheel on your mouse to resize desktop icons. On the desktop, press and hold CTRL while you scroll the wheel to make icons larger or smaller.

cool! thanks kam, do you what i was talking about for the start button thingy. I'm sorry if i'm not good at explaing things

EDIT: also when i move my mouse icon to desktop program icon it seems to highlight and that annoys the crap out of me. do you know how to disable that?

thanks guys but today i finally lost it. I was soo pissed at this junk i went with windows XP . Yes i did get most of drivers. only one thing that lack which is fireware. but i never use that thing. This computer runs SMOOTH!!!!! WHOOO i'm sooo happy. i was soo scared that it would be unstable cause of the drivers. Man i love this laptop now .
