You have spyware on your system. Either do a sweep or reinstall windows. In the fast run, its easier to reinstall windows than run anti virus software since they are not always guarantee.

Okay, the only thing I can think of is the Windows XP you have does not have SP2 integrated. What you should do, is download Windows SP2 and nLite and recreate a new windows installer, using this tutorial.

Windows XP without SP2 is a huge risk, because once it touches the internet and does not have SP2 installed, spyware and virus can be loaded onto the computer. It is because of the messaging service Window uses, that SP2 disables, which prevent it.

If you wanna make a custom windows install disc, I reccomend downloading TinyXp, and using it as your OS. It's Windows XP minues all the junk you don't need... I just recently installed it on my computer, It takes about 400mb of hard drive space, and about 40 - 50 mb of ram to run it... It also comes with SP2 already integrated, and also 159 good security updates from Microsoft themeselves... So, I recommend it...
Good luck.
