Clean log, you may want to go through all your 04 entries though, a lot of apps that are being loaded on startup that are not truly needed.

A couple of those BHO's (Browser Helper Object's) look sketchy.

This one is linked to a trojan.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {F6B1F430-52B5-4478-9FC6-A94F79D423C3} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\iifdawu.dll

Here's a French forum which talks about it, the only other links I found wreaked of a potential rogue anti-spyware app.

Translated version of http://forum.pcastuces.com/sujet.asp?f=25&s=34674

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {89AD4D75-2429-462e-BD4E-443F233F6033} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\kdwilpgq.dll

That one didn't turn up anything in Google, but it doesn't look legit offhand. You might want to browse to your system 32 folder, right click it, and check out the file properties, manufacturer, version, etc. If it doesn't look legit, you can have HJT remove those items in safe mode. Sometimes HJT misreads files and will wrongly say parts of a file are missing. In this case, both those BHO's look sketchy, the first entry I mentioned for sure. The second one is a judgment call. On top of removing the first one, I'd recommend scanning with Nod32, SpyBot S&D, Ad-aware SE, AVG Anti-Spyware, CounterSpy, and Webroot SpySweeper to make sure there aren't any baddies running rampant on your system.
