Ok, several weeks ago I came across a thread here, about Windows having a built in bandwidth limiter, and a way to turn it off. However, at the time I read this article I didn't have the time to try it... Now I can't find it anywhere.
So, my question is, Does Windows XP have a bandwidth limiter... And if so, how do I shut it off? Darlyle.

Thats exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!
Now, my only remaining question is, is there a limiter on Windows Xp Home edition?
