How can i get ma computer to be at its greatest performance?
I mean like best graphics, no lagging, it runs fast and smooth?

On top of that, you can clean out your registry, use msconfig to keep unnecessary programs and services from running at bootup, disable Windows indexing service, and defrag your Hard Drive regularly.
