Right now im running on windows xp and everytime i turn on the computer or restart the theme of the computer is alwasy goes back on windows 2000. Let's say i make the theme xp after i restart the theme turns into windows 2000...any help?

Is this a downloaded theme? If so are you just double clicking the .msstyle file and applying the theme that way? If you are thats why. Most themes come with a .msstyle file, and a folder named the same thing as the theme.

These need to be extracted to C:\windows\resources\themes

You'll notice the windows default themes are there, a .mssstyle file, and a folder most likely. If you don't have a folder included with this theme it probably means you don't need anything else other than that .mssstyle file for it to work. But make sure it is in the themes folder and it should stay after you apply it and reboot.

thats not true mine is a black skin and the .msstyle file is on my desktop and it runs each time i boot.

and are you running Windows XP or 2000
