Vista icons/styles/papers

Anyone running vista that can get me some of the icons that Vista uses...
Such as the My Computer and My Documents icons... etc.
Also, standard wallpapers that comes with Vista.

Cheers people.

Have you ever heard of the Vista Transformation Pack? You have to look through the Microsofts site. Also make sure your computer is ready to handle those sort of graphics and features that come with it (such as the Vista Toolbar).

If you really want to over-haul your comp to the whole Vista style without the transformation pack (some computers can't handle it correctly), you can do it with a few programs such as Icon Tweaker, Stardocks Bootskin program, and you can download the Vista VG Black theme at Belchfire.net. Deviantart.com has several icon packs and wallpapers and bootscreens in the Vista genre. That's how I did mine. And it didn't require the transformation pack, when I did it that way it messed up my system and I ended up having to reformat. And even the LClock program from the transformation pack can be used by download and install, and the sidebar can also be downloaded.

So, if you don't wanna use it, this is the way to go.

In my personal opinion, the Transformation Pack is just not worthwhile. It looks nice, and it doesn't seem like there are complications most times, but the aggravation of having to reformat if something does go wrong, is simply not worth the risk in my view.

Cool

You know, I mentioned in my previous post, about making XP look like Vista without a transformation pack, and I also mentioned a Vista them for XP on Belchfire.net. Well, the guy that makes said them, also has a site, with lots of useful info, and it just so happens, he has an entire walkthrough on transforming XP without the transformation pack. It's actually the one I followed to transform mine. Hope it helps.
