Imma save LS the headache

No real need to have Adobe update service running as a service
You can remove ATI from startup and service, since it does nothing.
(Use msconfig to remove it from startup and as a service)

Overall everything is fine, and of course anything on start up is optional, like myspace IM, the less you have on startup, the faster the computer start up, and you can always run those application manually after the computer logins to windows.
