Win32 problem

hey guys
i want to install powerISO on my computer but when i double click the .EXE file a message appears "E;/PowerISO39.exe is not a valid Win32 application" What does that mean and how can i fix it?
Could anyone help?

Might be a corrupt download or something. I would try downloading the program again and see if installs ok. Are you sure you got the Windows 32 bit version of PowerISO? It's possible you downed the 64 bit version or a version for Mac or Linux. I don't know if they make PowerISO for Mac or Linux, but it is a possibility.
