Ohk, I currently and shamefully only have 512mb of RAM with 64 of it going towards my video.
Although I have another piece of 256mb.
The 256 and 512 pieces are both Single sided DDR.
Also, im going to buy some more RAM... a 1gb piece very soon.
The 256 is just a temporary piece until I get some more.
Although I think the 512 is DDR2 and that the 256 is DDR. Should there be anything wrong with this?

Also, the 256 piece was givin' to me by my friend cause he scored some off this other computer he raided but he had no use for it so he handed it to me.
So i'm not too sure if the piece works.

Should it be ok if the piece doesnt work?

I Tried this... it didn't work.

Uhh aparently the 512 is DDR acording to CPU-Z

Edit- Also from a fair bit of help from my friend (not the one that gave me the ram) he told me acouple things.

My 256 is DDR and has a clock speed of 333MHz(@166MHzx2).
Although in the picture attatched to this post is the specs of my 512mb piece. With it running at 400MHz(@200MHzx2).

He told me I will have to change the clock speed of the 256 piece to 200MHz(400x2) just like the 512 piece.
I googled it and so far havn't found how to lower it just yet.

So to ask all you helpful people upon this forum =D
